I had the opportunity to travel around the whole of Australia and Sydney is the best in my opinion in terms of fitness.
Sydney has great weather, and the best fitness schools and professionals.
Then I narrowed it down to Sydney lower North Shore, especially around Mosman, Cremorne and Neutral Bay. Most of my clients are from those areas.
I also have clients that travel from long distance areas to see me. Even clients that come interstate and from overseas for a season of training in order to get in top shape.
The Sydney Lower North Shore is very central, just 10 minutes from the Sydney CBD so it makes the best spot to do some outdoor personal training.
Since I do my sessions outdoors I am here to stay ! I want my clients to have a kind of spiritual experience being outdoors.
Having the sky as a ceiling and the noise of birds and animals is priceless. I feel sorry for people that exercise indoors in a crowded gym surrounded by mirrors.
