And most people get it wrong.
Some people treat yoga like an aerobics circus performance and do it as fast as possible, imagining that the more challenging and quicker they perform it, the more results they will get.
Yoga is supposed to be done following long slow breaths, and breathing is the dictator of exercise speed.
And it should be slow, the slowest that you can.
You are always breathing in and out via your nose.
And then hold the poses for at least one minute, and the average should be five minutes.
If the yoga exercise has movement, the same rule applies, slow and then between one to five minutes or more.
Yoga is such a great way to exercise.
