I like to combine Pilates with other forms of exercise.
So is Pilates suitable for weight loss?
I would say yes.
I am not into neurotic caloric counting, and I believe Pilates can add quality to someone's life, putting a client into the right frame of mind and helping anyone make better food choices.
At the end of the day, diet is essential in weight loss and health, but Pilates can be a tremendous positive factor.
