-Keep a simple life and avoid keeping things that you don't use anymore;
-Spend at least 30 minutes a day in nature;
-Wear perfume or essential oil that will lift your spirit;
-Look after your skin;
-Make your bed every morning;
-Remove toxic people from your life;
-Thank your food before you eat anything;
