Eating is a constant exercise of controlling your will.
Overeating is also very unhealthy.
Even eating too many healthy foods is not good for you.
Here are a few tips to avoid overeating:
-Eat-in smaller crockery;
-Chew your food at least 30 times before swallowing it;
-Avoid sharing dishes in restaurants;
-Do not cook if you are starving;
-Avoid shopping when hungry;
-Never eat until that "exploding" feeling;
-Take a few deep breaths before eating;
-Use gratitude and thank how the food came to you;
-Avoid watching TV and mobile while eating;
