I am not sure why there is so much negative information on coconut oil.
It is such a great oil.
Coconut is the basis of all Pacific Islander's diets.
For centuries it has been nurturing and healing people.
Coconut oil is excellent for you.
And like anything in life, if in excess, it can harm you.
I also recommend you take olive oil and all other great oils also.
They all have unique properties and different tastes.
Try to use them in moderation and get crazy in the kitchen.
