Here are my top three tips:
-Walk everywhere, it is a great way to exercise and do sightseeing. So make sure you pack very comfortable shoes and socks;
-Make sure you plan what and how you are going to eat. Do not eat out to avoid weight gain. The best thing is to get a rental property with a kitchen so you can cook your own meals;
-Exercise always first thing in the morning and early, so it doesn't impact the family or group routine. Never leave your workouts to the end of the day. The changes are you will be tired and skip it.
