When I recommend my clients to walk, I always say to them to go slow, enjoy the surroundings, listen to some great music and above all, to have fun.
The three biggest mistakes that people make when walking are :
-Walking too fast. No need to count calories, to go crazy. Just relax;
-Walking on too many hills and stairs. People think that the hardest they go, the more results they will get. And that's not the case. Just enjoy the walk. Never turn your walks into a walk-in hell;
-Walking too late. It is always better to walk early in the morning. That will see you up to a relaxed and productive day!
