-Your partner refuses to adapt to your new dietary habits and keeps pushing you to eat your old diet saying that you don't need to lose weight;
-Your partner hates fitness and makes dramas when you try to exercise;
-Your partner refuses to accept that your body is changing. That is the main red flag. It is when your health journey puts pressure on your partner for them to change themselves;
-Your partner starts to cook "treats" for you, saying that you are too extreme and need to relax;
-Your partner does not compliment your new figure after weight loss.
