What to do when you want to resume your training routine?
I would say to start slowly.
You can't just resume your training routine if you were stopped for more than a week.
That's where a trainer is the best option.
A trainer will phase you in your routine without too many shocks.
When training, we always must think about consistency.
So start slowly and gradually, always thinking in the long run.
The best approach is to never stop training for more than three days in a row.
Next time you go on holiday, do something simple as a ten-minute video workout, always first thing in the morning before everything starts.
