Should you exercise with an empty stomach?

The short answer here is NO.

There is a whole market out there to explore us, bars, shakes, and special powders are unnecessary before a workout.

It is very uncomfortable to exercise after a meal.

My advice is to always exercise with an empty stomach.

Some superfood shakes are great, but they are used at different times of the day.
