I always say to my clients that the right training starts with the right mind.

And the right mind starts with good listening.

Good listening starts with meditation.

And meditation can be done anywhere at any time.

All my sessions involve some form of mind awareness work.

It all starts with correct breathing, pace and attention.

That generates gentleness and peace.

Then with that, we can add other aspects and things to training.

Without awareness, especially of the breath, there is no training.

Just body abuse.
