Firstly, let's acknowledge that most of us have been sitting down more than usual, and a few of us stopped exercising altogether.

The consequences of sitting down for hours without end are tensions on the legs, lower back and shoulders.

The solutions here are ;

-Take more frequent breaks every hour, stand up, walk for at least 5 minutes;

-Stretch in the morning and evening;

-Make sure you exercise every day;

-Do a daily body massage before shower;

-Meditate every morning to set a good mindset and avoid muscle tensions.
