I don't know a human being that doesn't like potatoes.
So there are ways to add even more flavours and nutrition to potatoes.
And this is a great technique to add nutrition to kids' diets.
The idea is to steam potatoes, mash them and then add the following ingredients to the mash:
-Fresh herbs like parsley, mint, coriander, oregano, rosemary;
-Superfoods like: seaweed, chia seeds;
-Dried spices like: onion powder, garlic powder;
-Oils like: coconut oil, olive oil;
-Nut butter like cashew butter, almond butter, peanut butter;
-Other vegetables like sweet potato, broccoli.
So go to the kitchen and unleash this fantastic recipe!
