-No time to eat healthily. The solution is to cook all your meals and never order food. Food delivery is high in salt, sugar and fat;
-Tired all the time. The solution is to set up alarms to stop working and create a better boundary between working from home and private life. The temptation to work non-stop is big, so it is essential to know when to stop.
Above all, put yourself as a priority.
No one can and will look after your health.
