I think situations like long walks are excellent with friends.
I am not a fan of friends doing training together.
There is no one with the same fitness level as you.
We are so different from each other.
So when we talk about specific targets is better to train under the guidance of a trainer and only one-on-one training.
Generalised forms of training can create more damage than anything.
