We live at such a fast pace, and it is essential to see the beauty of things.
And the beauty of every situation has gratitude inside it.
That's the source of peace.
Peace doesn't come from money, achievements and so on.
So how can we slow down?
My suggestion is for you to meditate every morning for around 20 minutes.
That will set you up for a great day, trust me.
Also, try to slow down the pace you do things during the day.
And if you feel overwhelmed, try to be grateful that those things are happening to you and that you can learn from them.
So I invite you to see the beauty of it all!
