I love soups, and most of us do too.
The problem is that a lot of soups around are not healthy.
And I say that because many restaurants add butter, cream, cheese to it and in the end, its fat content is higher than junk food.
Soups can be excellent if they contain mainly vegetables, low-fat content in the form of olive oil, and no salt.
Soups can be a great source of fibre, vitamins and minerals.
I suggest you add superfoods like seaweed to it to raise its nutrient content.
