Should you exercise if you are unwell?

If you feel unwell, go to your doctor and stop your exercise routine until you feel well.

Some people say that you should find the courage and try to exercise, but that is not correct.

If you are feeling unwell, rest, eat a proper diet and a lot of filtered water.

Above all, follow the guidelines given to you by your doctor.
