My answer to all of those panic questions is to make you realise that there is no quick fix.
You must work on yourself every day.
Health does not come in a few hours.
It takes years, lifetimes and bucket full of determination.
To be healthy, you must say a lot of "NOs” and filter a lot of things.
If you see any “special” product about losing all the weight in a few hours run.
It is not suitable for you.
To lose weight, it is a simple game of keeping things simple, deep breathing and self-acceptance.
