So how to avoid it.
Here are a few tips:
1)Chew your food well. Only swallow your food after it has been liquified in your mouth; it would take around 30 chews to do that. Big chunks of food ferment in the digestive system and create a lot of gas;
2)Don't eat one meal too close to another. Excess food can create gas and bloating. The body requires hours to process food;
3)Avoid excess of foods like : onion, garlic, broccoli, cauliflower, kale;
4)Do not eat sugar in any format like honey, sweet fruit, maple syrup, agave nectar, sugar, coconut nectar;
5)Don't add salt to your food and avoid sauces like soy sauce.
