5 Foods that are considered healthy but are not


We all have that image that everything in a healthy food store is fantastic for you.

But that's is far from the truth.

Here are the most unhealthy foods that you will find that look healthy for you:

1)Honey. Yes, it is mainly fructose, and that is like poison for the liver;

2)Muesli. All of them all full of sugar, which comes in different names like coconut sugar, agave nectar, maple syrup, evaporated cane sugar;

3) Bread. Bread is bread, period. I would avoid it;

4)Chocolates and bars. Most of them are full of sugar. Cacao is great for you; my advice is to make your own chocolate. My cookbook has a sugar free recipe that is amazing;

5)Drinks and juices. Most of them are sugar in a liquid form. Avoid it.
