How to incorporate essential oils into your fitness routine


And yes, you can incorporate them into your sessions.

I will give you a few suggestions here so you can take your sessions to the next level :

-Add a few drops of mint essential oil to you a spray bottle full of water and spray it around the training area, it will lift you;

-Add a few drops of lavender oil to your hands and hair that will relax you during your Yoga or Pilates sessions;

-Add a few drops of lemon essential oil to your hands and smell it for a few seconds. That will make you more alert and sharper.
