People are so anxious.
The answer is, no one knows.
To get results one must in some cases change everything, from water, sleep patters, diet, exercise.
It is like changing religions.
It is like hitting a brick wall and trying to knock it down.
It requires patience, determination and perseverance.
Not to mention knowledge.
And that is all part of my job as a trainer.
So when you see those o line programs that promise you this and that, be very careful.
Training is like an art, so one needs the assistance of a good trainer.
Some people get results very super fast and some take longer.
We need to take genetics into consideration.
So instead of thinking of how long it takes, put all this energy into your targets, or to create targets.
The targets are the aspects that will make you stick to it in the long run.
So work on your targets with your trainer and relax with the timelines.
Your results start when you become your targets.
I get asked this question all the time.
