It is so good to have that "me" time.
And baths can also have great benefits.
If you add herbs to it like chamomile, it can be a relaxing experience.
And if you add a cup of the following ingredients, you can create a detoxing bath:
-Apple cider vinegar;
-Bicarb Soda (sodium bicarbonate)
The water must be lukewarm, and you should aim to stay on it for at least 50 minutes.
