Flexibility is critical because a tight body is a limiting body.
Think about leaving the bed and toilet at old age.
So you got the picture.
Flexibility is something that is vital.
I remember that when I started my job as a trainer, I was so tight. Now I am so flexible because I stretch myself many times a day.
And there is not a thing called overstretched.
So start stretching now!
