So are squats and lunges bad for you?
I would say NO.
Squats are functional.
Wanting you or not, you squat several times a day, when sit on a chair when you sit in your car and so on.
Same for lunges.
Those exercises are essential to life.
So start squatting and lunging more for sure!
Your knees will thank you.
