Not perfection, not training hard, but commitment is essential.
Without commitment, there is nothing.
So what to do if you feel hard to commit to your training, healthy behaviours and habits?
My advice is to have a purpose.
The "why", you want to be healthier and train.
"Why" do you want to eat well and be a better version of yourself.
When you answer yourself those two "WHYs", things will start moving in the right direction.
Without that, you will abandon everything when things get complicated.
And in life, things get complicated!
