So here is mine for you.
I have learnt this practice since I am also a yoga teacher.
The principle here is to slow down your systems and mind.
The best way to achieve that is to close your eyes and, for 5 minutes, take the deepest breaths you can through your nose and inhale and exhale the slowest that you can.
Do it for the whole 5 minutes, and I guarantee you will feel amazing.
You can use the same thing if you wake up in the middle of the night.
