So what to do when that happens ?
Number one rule is to never EVER decide if you are going to train when you wake up in the morning.
You will be laying down resting and chances are that training is not going to happen.
The best thing is to separate your training clothes the night before, set your alarm and when the alarm rings, doesn’t matter what happens , training will happen.
It is also very important to have a target and when you achieve that target, create another target and so on.
But always have a target.
Do not follow someone else’s targets or do the same target with someone.
That is a recipe for failure.
Your target is yours and best to keep it to yourself.
So many people might say to you that what you want is impossible.
Listen to no one.
Don’t even listen to your head when you hear stop it.
Stick to your guns.
Another point is that if you feel your motivation is going low, talk to your trainer, he or she will help you to move forward.
It could be the case that you are training too hard, or too little, or that something needs adjustment.
Communication is your best tool on those days.
