Should you train with a partner ?

I think this post will be very simple and straight to the point.

You came alone to this world.

You will go alone from this world.

I see no need for people to depend on others to exercise.

You don’t depend on anyone to brush your teeth.

You need no one to go to the bathroom .

So get rid of the idea that you need a “buddy” to train with.

Unless it is a fitness professional I would say NO to this idea.

Having a fitness partner would drag you down and slow dow your progress.

There is no one like you on the planet so no one will have the same ambitions, targets and motivations like you.

If you need some motivation speak to a fitness professional and not a training buddy.

Should you bring someone into your fitness journey or should you go solo?
