So what does it mean?
It means: I bow to you.
The act of bowing means that you level yourself to the ground level, so all things can have the same value, or in other words, you become one with everything.
Namaste can be used at the beginning of a class as gratitude, in the end, or even during your day, as a big thank you to the universe.
