So what is the best action to take when eating out in a food court?
In my opinion and experience, you should always avoid foods that you cannot recognise raw materials and focus on foods that you can see single ingredients and mix them.
Think about places with lots of salad options, green juices, beans, lean proteins.
So the rule is to keep it simple and avoid all sauces and foods that turned into something else like pies, bread, pastries, pizzas, etc.
