I would say yes.
If you analyse it in terms of calories burnt during the workout, it is not.
But when you realise that being calm, relaxed and detoxed can add so many benefits, including better food choices, better sleep, the result is weight loss.
Like anything health-related, we must analyse a client as a whole.
I highly recommend Yoga, and I include Yoga exercises in almost all of my sessions.
