I am not going to the internet and googling them, I will just analyse them via how they looked before and how they look now.
Starting with Celine Dion. In my opinion she looks way too skinny and her diet is not correct.
If I were her trainer I would increase her water intake, she looks very dehydrated.
I also would check her fat intake. It is important to have fats in your diet to create a healthy look. I can tell that she is avoiding fat to lose weight and that is not the way to go.
I would say also that Celine is lacking foods that promote collagen production like vitamin c and silica.
I would also send Celine to do a full body check up to see if there are any underlining health issues.
She also could be exhausted from her career since she was working non-stop and stress can cause many problems not only to her appearance but to her health. I would include a meditation routine to tackle that.
Let’s talk about Adele now. To me she looks good. She always looked good. Ok she wanted to lose weight and it looks that she is being guided by good professionals since I cannot see any signs of collagen loss, which is common in extreme weight loss.
Her skin and hair look healthy and that is an indication to me that her diet program includes a lot of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
I won’t comment on her exercise routine since I don’t believe in what I see on the internet.
So I would say that Adele is on the right track and that Celine needs expert guidance.
