I love this topic. I was raised as vegetarian and I never felt the need to eat animal flesh. I am not against it and even prescribe that to clients since I respect their needs, likes and believes.

Yes, there is a ton of research around this topic now, and plant based diets are the way to go in terms longevity, planet sustainability and overall health.

I have specialist education in plant based diets via a course done at Cornell University, New York.

I have learnt that plants provide every single aspect that we need in terms of nutrition.

We now know that the old question: “Where do you get your protein?” was a marketing tactic used by the meat industry, but science has debunked that and the best form of protein is provided by plants.

Plants also provide a range of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory components that are essential for longevity.

If I had to give you an advice I would say eat more vegetables!
