The main mistake they do in my opinion is to overdo leg training.
They think that the more they do it the better, and in reality that is not the truth.
Like any body part, it is important to rest, to take breaks and to follow cycles in terms of training.
The female body is very sensitive in terms of muscle growth, in other words, if exercises are done with weights, muscles can grow and distort body proportions and beauty itself.
Exercises like leg presses and any other exercise like squats with weights are a no-no.
So girls, next time you think about exercise, remember that we have to exercise other body parts to create proper symmetry and visual balance.
