Most people peel off vegetables for no specific reason.
Some peel because of fear of pesticides.
Some peel because of aesthetics.
Some peel because they feel that the vegetables are dirty.
And then some people do not peel at all.
The correct thing is not to peel your vegetables because, in most cases, most nutrients are in the skin of vegetables.
If you are concerned about dirty and pesticides, just scrub them in water.
So next time you cook, please do not waste any part of your vegetables.
