The answer is yes and no.
It all depends on the professional skills of the trainer in question.
I would say yes.
Training when it is done with a holistic approach taking nutrition as its foundation, can and does creates a better appearance.
When proper nutrition is done, hair, skin and muscle tones change.
And that together with the trainer’s skills, will make the client look amazing.
In my opinion, proper training is when someone glows from the inside.
Mentally, physically and spiritually.
That glow is translated into charisma and harmony.
It all starts with good clean filtered water.
On top of that unprocessed full, rich antioxidant vegetables.
A touch of good protein and bingo!
I wrote a book about this topic, so please read my book: Ricardo Riskalla Training Diet available here on this website.
Can you actually improve how you look in general with a personal trainer?
