It could be so many causes.
It could be muscle or ligament related, disk, arthritis, osteoporosis and other causes.
I am here to talk about how to help you with muscle-related back pain.
In my experience, many cases have to do with very tight hamstrings, calves, and glutes.
My strategy is always to stretch those muscles using specific technics or poses based on yoga, Pilates, and Qigong.
Every case is different, but if you are reading this and have back pain make sure you always stretch your body at least once a day and the hamstrings for at least 5 minutes everyday.
A great hamstring stretch is to do full squats; go the lowest as you can and freeze there for 5 minutes.
