I remember in the 80s, the food trend was fat-free.
Then in the 90s, it was sugar-free.
Now it is vegan and plant-based.
I have to say that most options in the supermarket and shops are not that good for you.
They are highly processed, contain a high volume of salt, preservatives and artificial colours.
The right way to eat vegan and plant-based is to cook it at home using vegetables and keep it the simplest as you can.
Think about the food where you can see and identify the ingredients after the food is cooked.
