How to injury-proof your body


Injuries are not only painful, but they can put your life and training routine on hold for a while.

So how to avoid them?

Here is a little list that if you follow, you will never get hurt:

-Always stretch, warm-up and cool down before and after any exercise session;

-Never train without the guidance of a trainer;

-Have rest days, unless advised by your trainer;

-Sleep at least eight hours a night;

-Never eat sugar, alcohol. Those are inflammatory substances;

-Avoid weights on your workouts;

-Don't follow guidelines from friends or people that are not qualified;

-Eat antioxidants;

-Drink a lot of filtered water.
