You have no idea what you are missing.
I am a big fan of fermented foods.
They are so full of great probiotics, and unpasteurised apple cider vinegar is a powerful fermented food!
So always look for the unpasteurised kind; otherwise, it won't have live probiotics.
You can add it to nut butter or tahini and create sauces.
You can add it to water and lemon and have it as a drink.
The only rule here is never to heat it to preserve its properties.
So if you don't have it already as part of your diet, it is time to add it!
