Many people come to me and say: "I am too old to lose weight or get fit".
So is there any truth behind that?
I have to go straight here and say NO.
Anyone at any age can get fit and lose weight, and I have clients above 60 years old, and they are fitter than a lot of my younger clients.
Not to mention that my mature clients also look amazing!
So next time this "excuse" come to your head, remember that age is not a limiting factor.
