You can you use quotes, mantras and sayings to focus.
The mantras can be very simple.
You take a deep breath and repeat them on your breath out.
You can vocalise it or say it to yourself.
Here are some great mantras for you :
-Thank you;
-I am grateful for everything;
-Interesting;
-I am love;
And many more.
