I say push ups and all their variations.
I like to use different sagittal plans. It means exercising the same muscle group in different angles.
Think about the client laying down, then standing up, then stomach down.
Then I add high repetition to it.
I am not talking about 3 sets of 30 repetitions .
I am talking about hundreds of repetitions, yes you heard me right, hundreds.
As always, the female body requires a lot of technique and knowledge from a trainer.
A small mistake and a trainer can turn a woman into a “male like” body with distorted proportions and bulked up muscles.
