Most people, I hope all, when they approach a personal trainer want to make some changes in their lives.

In my career I had people approaching me for weight loss, diet change, improving their lives and stress reduction.

All of those points together create what I call “fit”.

A lot of people mix up getting fit with muscle increase.

I have met so many people with huge muscles that were so unhealthy and unfit.

Having a six pack does not guarantee health at all.

One can have a lot of muscles but has a horrible diet, thus bad internal health, not to mention physiological.

The human body is like a symphony, first comes diet, then breathing and meditation and last exercise.
