How to drink more water in wintertime

I know it is tough to drink water in cold weather.

Especially if you are drinking cold or room temperature water.

Water is so vital for life, health and all bodily functions.

So my advice to you comes from Asian countries where they drink warm water during the whole day.

It is so easy and much more pleasant.

Of course, we are talking about filtered water.

You can also add herbs and spices like ginger, lemon, rosemary, chamomile and so on.

I suggest you buy a water bottle that can hold hot drinks and maintain the warm temperature.

There are so many of them on the market now.

So lack of water no more!
