How to add gratitude to your fitness routine


So how to add it to your fitness routine?

You can be very simple here and at the beginning of every session, thank yourself for showing up at your session, being healthy, and having a body that allows you to exercise.

At the end of your session, thank your family, determination, health, your day, and everything that will happen after your session.

This is such a great practice.
