  So what is a good diet?

Every time I get a new client I ask them a lot of questions about health, nutrition and so on. All of them say that they have a great diet.

Then……

I start to ask further questions. I mostly come the conclusion that their best was not the ideal best.

A good diet cannot have processed foods, period, done.

Then comes water, lots of water.

And filtered.

Then comes a list of foods that help one to get great skin.

I am not going to go into details, just a straight to the point list.

Take note :

- Avocados;

- Nuts;

- Cucumbers;

- Turmeric;

- Sweet potatoes;

- Pumpkin;

- Olive oil;

- Eggs;

- Seaweed;

- Spirulina;

- Kale;

- Raw cacao powder;

- Curry powder;

- Cashew cheese (recipe in my cookbook);

- Sauerkraut;

- Matcha powder;

- Apple cider vinegar;

- Lemons;

- Goji berries;

- Noni juice;

- Raw kombucha.

So let’s add great foods to your diet and glow !

Our skin is the largest organ in the human body and to have great skin is the first step is a good diet.
